We bought this house as we fell in love with the location as it is so perfect for everything. We can walk to the station ourselves in 7 minutes and it's also perfect for schools and the town centre and having Overton Park on the doorstep is just ideal. We have done a fair bit of work since living here including a new boiler in 2017 which is wifi controlled and "Mega Man" led lighting in all the rooms upstairs. We also re-decorated every room, installed a new bathroom, boarded the loft and did vast amounts of work in the garden including new fencing and the decked seating area. We also applied and got the planning permission for the 2 storey extension. It's been an amazing home for the last 15 years and we are only now moving to be closer to family.
