We moved here as we fell in love with the location. It’s so well located for Sutton and the station is so effortless for getting into London daily.

It is also perfect for good schools and with the Harris Academy being built opposite, it will be a future proof home for any family.

Since living here, we have had the lounge extended and added the conservatory at the same time. This gave us so much extra living space for family life.

Bringing up our children was delightful here and it’s only now that we don’t need as much space that we find ourselves looking to downsize to something smaller but I’m confident that any family will feel right at home here.
