We bought this house 6 years ago as we fell in love with the size and specification. We love to entertain so the layout of the downstairs space made us instantly see how we could make this work for us. We also really liked the fact that there were 3 bathrooms for when our friends and family stay over. As people that need to access London daily, the distance to two stations is superb and certainly makes the commute easy. Since living here, we have had a cctv system fitted as well as a few more built in speakers for when we entertain. Over the years of living here, the popularity of Avenue Primary has gone from strength to strength so families are sure to love having the ease of just opening the door and letting their children walk a few paces to the school's front door.
