What the owner says

We were moving from a large housing development in Manchester to the Sussex area for work purposes and were after something a bit different and unique in a semi rural position but with amenities close by. I like old houses and my wife likes new houses so this house definitely encompassed both of those aspects. We really love the approach to the property and how well maintained the development looked. There is never a problem finding the sun with the garden surrounding you on all sides.

We relocated again for work but held onto this property and rented it out but as we are so far away now we sadly have to let it go.
