When we first saw our wonderful home almost five years ago now, it was love at first sight.

Although very different from the home we enjoy today, we always knew it had the potential to become that special property we are able to live in today.

The location is fantastic with great neighbours all around and being so peaceful it will be hard to leave. However the time has come now to start a new chapter in our lives and let the next owners enjoy this truly wonderful home we have created.

The 52 runs once every two hours through Woodingdean, Ovingdean then out on the coast road to Brighton Marina. There is also a small local station nearby at Falmer.
