After buying the property to refurbish and move into ourselves we renovated with a higher specification in mind. We absolutely love entertaining so installed the best of the best in the hub of the home. Neff kitchen appliances, Franke sink and taps and of course a wine fridge!! We invested extra money into underfloor heating in the utility, kitchen and dining area to keep our feet warm on those cold winter nights.

Our favourite part of the house is the view from the master bedroom upstairs. It has the best views we have seen in the whole of Brighton. You get views across chimney pots, out to sea and views over the city. The sun setting looks just incredible.
