We moved to Sussex some years ago and fell involve with this property. Having previously owned a property with acres of land it was important that we had an open outlook and the feeling of space.

We have kept on top of the day to day maintenance and decoration, having had a new boiler fitted a couple of years ago. The annexe is 99% up together, we will be finishing the plastering and decoration so it is fresh for the new family.

The need for all this space has gone and we are now looking to down-size.
