I have been coming to the Island since the 1960's with my parents and subsequently with my own children.

After both renting and owning various holiday homes for many years, my grown-up children and I found this unique property 8 years ago which offered something for all generations.

The house is private and un-overlooked. With a large garden, pool and loads of entertaining space for myself and children of all ages, in a friendly all-year-round village with a community spirit, pubs, cafés, restaurants, shops, a village hall with regular events and activities and a sailing club, all of which are in approximately 5-10 minutes walking distance down the Bembridge lanes or the nearby beaches.

This is a house that's flexible, adaptable and easy to maintain as a family home or simply a weekend escape for just you on your own or your visiting extended families and friends.
