We have owned our family home for over 30 years now and have enjoyed every minute of the time spent here. The large and versatile accommodation has been perfect for ourselves and the rest of our family as they’ve grown.

We love how quiet the road is, yet it is so convenient to get to Brighton and all the shops we need are only a short walk around the corner, along with the bus stop which gets you to Brighton City centre in around 5 minutes.

The garden has been a pleasure to enjoy and we’ve always loved how peaceful it is. We shall miss our home, but know that the time is right to move on and let another family make wonderful memories here.
