After many wonderful years in my home it's time to say a sad farewell. It has simply become too big for one person, hence the reason for selling!

I have many fond memories as do my family and I will miss it dearly.

It has been a great family home over the years and I have made some lovely friends along the way.

I do hope the new owners will enjoy the house as much as I have and wish them the best of luck in their new home.

This beautiful house is in a sought after location in Withdean and therefore has a great outlook, also being built in the 1930's there are lots of big windows which allows lots of light to come flooding in.
