We were living in Maidstone and looking to move to a home with more space as our 2 daughters were getting older, we had always liked the idea of East Sussex and focused our search around this area. Eventually we decided that we liked Buxted and found a home here and then the purchase fell through which turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the agent told us about this one that was being built and had just been reduced. We drove in thick fog to come and see a half built house when we went in to the site office we saw the plans we knew it was exactly what we had been looking for and we have been very happy here for 31 years and will be sad to leave but we are downsizing
