We moved here almost half a century ago and have lived here for 47 years! What attracted us to it all those years ago was the space and potential it had to offer. It was also ideally situated for transport and well placed for schools including Singlegate Primary, The Priory and Raynes Park High School. We have done a huge amount of work since living here as it was split into two flats when we first purchased. We changed it back and also extended over and behind the garage approximately 28 years ago. This gave us the family room which was ideal as we child minded from here for many years. It also gave us 3 further double bedrooms upstairs! We are now down-sizing as no longer need all this space but it's been an amazing family home.
