I bought this newly built house around 3 years ago. I was looking for something close to the town centre and loved the private road location with just 6 attractive properties. I was impressed by the size of the house, its specific position and the high standard of the fixtures and fittings.

Improvements that I have made include terracing and landscaping the sheltered south-west facing rear garden and a new double glazed roof to the lightwell, providing significant additional storage space.

As my circumstances have now changed, I am planning to move out of the area. I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have done.
