What the owner says

We bought the property in 2004 after many months of searching for a house with a purpose built annex suitable for our elderly parents. The house is perfectly located for buses to Tunbridge Wells, Crawley and surrounding areas. The kitchen window is also the perfect place to stand and watch the world go by.

In 2011 we had solar panels installed and they have certainly proved to be cost effective and generated between £1400 and £1900 per year. We have loved living in East Grinstead, but unfortunately personal circumstances have conspired against us and we are reluctantly leaving a lovely property that has been very comfortable and also the friendly and kind neighbours, who have made us so welcome.
