What the owner says

We bought this property many years ago, and we remember it being a lot bigger than other properties we had seen. It was on a decent corner plot with a large garden and we could see that it would be something our family could grow into.

We have added a double storey extension to the property and a conservatory during the time we have been here. It has worked perfectly for us and It is an excellent place to entertain when the rest of the family are visiting.

We have really enjoyed living here, and will miss it, but the children have all flown the nest and we don't need the space anymore.

Property details

If you have been looking for larger than average accommodation and have a growing family, or just like entertaining on a frequent basis, then this extended end of terraced home could be the one for you. Set back from the road with plenty of parking, this home is on a larger than average plot and looks quite imposing.

Once inside there is plenty of space for all of the family. The entrance hall is welcoming with space for coats and shoes. The lounge is ideal for those cosy nights watching the latest movie. There is a conservatory, which effortlessly connects the house and garden and a dining area for those more formal occasions, with a door to the garage.

The stylish kitchen/breakfast area is the heart of this home. With a range of integrated appliances you can show off your cooking skills, whilst keeping an eye on the children.

On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, so no more queuing in the morning. This is in addition to the re-fitted family bathroom.

Outside there is a brick block driveway providing parking for a couple of vehicles approaching the garage. The rear garden is also a good size with a large patio, with shrub beds, and a gate for access.
