We were living in Great Lime Kilns and although we loved our home we did not want to leave the village but had always wanted something with more character and larger garden which is a very rare thing in Southwater. One day we noticed a 'for sale' board on the Worthing Road which we had always liked as a location as it has good access to the village and Horsham. The house was exactly what we were looking for and had lots of potential to further improve. We were delighted to secure this home which we have enjoyed putting our own stamp on.

This property has been a wonderful home for raising our two boys and we will be very sad to leave.
