The house was designed by my wife and we have shared many happy memories here over the years. It has been a superb home for us and our children over the years but as they have left the nest we believe it is the right time for us to downsize and let another family create their own memories here.

Pop into our branch! But please mind your head! Yes, our beautiful listed building on Billingshurst High Street has low door frames and ceilings. You'll find us at the corner of Jenger's Passage.

We're not quite as old as the building but Cubitt and West has been in Billingshurst since 2005. Our team is a mixture of locals and returning locals, some from the far flung corners of the globe. We all want to live in this gem of a village nestled in the heart of West Sussex because it's such a warm and welcoming place! We've everything you need here. Billingshurst combines the advantages of country living on the edge of the South Downs National Park with excellent transport links. We sit on the edge of the A29 and are close to the A24 towards Horsham. The railway station has mainline services to Victoria, making commuting easy. All this and close enough too to the coast to pop down for a day out at the beach in the summer!

We are also proud of our schools in Billingshurst. The Weald offers outstanding secondary education, fed by the nearby village primaries. The town has all the amenities you would expect: a library, a decent supermarket and a post office. We're also fortunate enough to have a great leisure centre with a pool!

Homes here in Billingshurst are a mixture of old and new. There are Tudor cottages on the High Street and brand new developments such as Parbrook Walk by the station or Marringdean Acres.
