After 7 years of hard work renovating our home from top to bottom it's time for us to move on & allow the next owners to enjoy living here as much as we have.

We have particularly enjoyed hosting friends in the kitchen/diner, enjoying summer evenings on our lovely patio area & seeing in the New Year watching firework displays from the Juliet balconies.

We have loved living here, Purley has the convenience of local shops, a choice of supermarkets, the Purley Way shops & excellent schools! There is beautiful countryside close by whilst also having regular train links to London & Gatwick airport, with the station only being a 7 minute walk away.
