I have owned my lovely home for many years now and couldn't have been happier here. The space has been ideal for our family and having numerous double rooms, means there has never been any fights over who has the biggest!

The location has been a real delight, with Rottingdean high street within walking distance and a great Secondary school also within easy reach.

I shall be sad to leave my home after all these years, but the time has now come where I no longer require all this space. I now feel that the time is right to move on and allow another family to enjoy this wonderful home.
