When my wife and I moved in around 30 years ago, we knew it would be the perfect family home and we certainly enjoyed raising our children here, especially once we had extended the living space.

The nearby Downs Link enables me to go for walks in the countryside and even walk directly to the High Street. Having a bus service at the end of the road is another asset as I don't always have to use the car to get to Guildford.

Following our travels in Africa, we decided to erect a traditional "rondavel" in the garden, equipped with power and light, which has proved to be a great entertaining space.
