When we bought our house we had the choice of plots and very quickly chose this as our favourite. We loved the design of the house and the outside space as it is very secluded and perfect for a BBQ and to relax with friends.

The house is bright and spacious and the internal layout is great for modern day living. We spend most of our time in the family area as it enjoys views over the garden and is open to the fabulous kitchen.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of only 4 other houses and is Salfords best kept secret. We have enjoyed living here and will be sorry to leave, but a change in circumstances has meant we will be moving sooner than we anticipated.
