When I bought this property - it was my dream house. I enjoyed living here very much - it is a very quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours.

This house became a retreat for me as it is very cosy and has a wonderful energy to it. I hosted many large parties here and enjoyed the sanctuary of the garden as well.

I am only selling as I realise it is too big for my needs and so I am downsizing. The family have moved out and feel it's the right time.
