We have had some great times here and we can honestly say what a fantastic family home it has been for us. We are moving to be closer to family.

We were at the very outset attracted by the fabulous location, being close to local amenities in Uckfield, a good choice of schools, sports facilities and Ashdown Forest.

What we will miss most is the large garden that has allowed the children and any visiting pets to roam free with the minimum supervision, safe in the knowledge that they could not get out onto the road.

The house itself has been easy to maintain with plenty of space for us all.
