We don't think you could ask for a nicer location, it's just so peaceful here. It's hard to believe that we are only a short walk to Horley's town centre and a short drive to Gatwick Airport/M23.

When we purchased this property over 20 years ago we were immediately attracted to the look of the house. With a young family we found the gardens and surrounding woodlands to be safe for the children to play in.

We have retained many of the original features, whilst sympathetically having extended the house to provide the additional accommodation which could be used as an annexe.

As you approach this magnificent property, you know that you have arrived in more ways than one and as locations go, this is possibly Horley's best kept secret! Believed to have been originally built in the 1850's as a game this property, it has had various later additions to become the wonderful home you see today.
