Living here for over 20 years has been an absolute pleasure. The location is superb just being so close to Lancing seafront. We have turned our house into a Guest House many years ago, and have enjoyed making friends with our returning clients. We are always busy and having nine bedrooms is just the right size to make a good living. Our private owners accommodation at the rear gives us the provisions that we require, and has a lounge and separate bedroom. Parking won't be a problem as we have plenty of space at the front for guests and our own private space with garage at the rear. We now want to retire which is why its time for us to move on. This is an ideal business opportunity, if you are looking for a traditional well appointed Guest House with repeat business.
