Arun Estates leads the way with fantastic improved renumeration initiatives!

Group Managing Director, David Lench is delighted to announce improved pay and conditions for sales and lettings staff.
David said, “we want Arun to be a great place to work and for everyone to feel positively engaged in achieving our mission, which is why we are always checking to ensure the benefits we offer compare favourably. We have taken on board comments from our latest annual staff engagement survey and we have reviewed what is happening in the marketplace.
As a result, we have made the decision to increase the basic salaries offered to our estate agency staff across the board so significantly it should definitely put us ahead of the game as a preferred employer. Couple this with other improvements such as increasing our annual leave structure to a minimum of 33 days a year (from 2018) for new starts, no Bank Holiday working, reduced working hours (all offices closing at 6 pm) and reduced Saturday working.
David concluded “we want everyone to feel energised and be working together to build on our company’s success and be proud of the organisation we work for. I am delighted to announce such positive changes to allow our staff to have a better work/life balance”.
