Dog Walk Terms and Conditions Arun Estate Agencies Limited (trading as Wards, Cubitt & West, Pittis, Douglas Allen, Mortgage Matters Direct and Home In One Financial Services)

  1. All entrants must be registered with Cubitt & West by signing up to the form located on www.cubittandwest.co.uk/dog-walk-challenge
    2. \n
  2. All entrants must be registered by 15th September 2023 to take part in the challenge.
    3. \n
  3. All entrants must complete and return all forms to charity@arunestates.co.uk by October 31st to receive a bandana.
    4. \n
  4. All entrants to complete agreed length to receive bandana.
    5. \n
  5. All proceeds to be given via QR code to the registered just giving page or to the agreed branch.
    6. \n
  6. Walk must be completed during September.
    7. \n
  7. ‘Arun Estate Agencies Limited’ do not take any responsibility for checking in on entrants if they have not completed their walk.
    8. \n
  8. ‘Arun Estate Agencies Limited’ have the right to withhold competition prize if entrants do not show their forms.
    9. \n
  9. All entrants will only receive one of it prize per sheet filled in.
    10. \n
  10. The prize consists of one bandana suitable for a dog only.
    11. \n
  11. Any tagged ‘Arun Estate Agencies Limited’ photos can be used freely by Arun Estate Agencies Limited across their social media.

  12. All participants do so entirely of their own choosing and completely at their own risk.

  13. ‘Arun Estate Agencies Limited’ will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the actions or wellbeing of the participants, the participants dog(s) and any third party or property that might be affected by their actions.

  14. ‘Arun Estate Agencies Limited’ does not take responsibility for the actions of the entrant and their dog whilst on their walk.
    15. \n
  15. Those who wish to take part should do so on their own accord and ‘Arun Estate Agencies Limited’ does not take any responsibility if any health issues arise.
