We moved here from Hove about thirty-five years ago and believe we are only the fourth family to have lived in this property since it was built in the 1880s.
As part of an imposing country house, our home was formed in 1979 and we were fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with the architect to create a wonderful family-friendly residence, making the most of the stunning views to the rear and the wealth of period features throughout.

When we were looking a few years ago, the first thing that really attracted us to the property was the size of all the rooms and the location.
We spend pretty much all of our time in the kitchen and conservatory areas and having growing children, it’s so nice that everyone can enjoy their own space.
The added room above the garage is a real bonus and ideal for anyone who works from home..

We have lived here happily for 12 years and will be staying in Reigate. Our children benefit from being able to walk to school: Infant, Prep and Grammar. The commute is easy with trains to Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars, so plenty of trains home.
It is a lovely private road with friendly neighbours and an active resident's association.
The house is a great family home with a family room and garden den with space for teenagers or a home office.
